Two new PhD students joined the PPE team
With David Steger and Tobias Zhorzel, two new PhD students joined the PPE group in the last weeks. In their research, David and Tobias will investigate the sensitivity and acclimation potential of mature temperate tree species to experimentally induced drought at the SCC II research site. This work is in the context of the SNF funded project ForDrought (link https://ppe.duw.unibas.ch/en/research/fordrought/). With David and Tobias having joined, the ForDrought team is complete and we look forward to exciting new discoveries.
