Two new masters!
We congratulate Meret Fricker and Raphael Dups for successfully defending their master's theses on May 30th!
In her MSc thesis, Meret investigate the growth patterns of branches from mature trees at the SCC II research facility in relation to the growth of the main stems and the climatic conditions. Raphael explored the water relations of juvenile trees across the dry season 2023 at the SCC II site and compared their drought sensitivity with that of conspecific mature trees.
